On April 8th 2022, Outer Banks Aviation celebrated it's official Grand Opening at the hangar at 407 Airport Road in Manteo. The Dare County Chamber of Commerce was on hand to officiate the ribbon cutting and our friends at Outer Banks Boil Company served up a celebratory seafood boil.
Established in 2007 and previously known as Outer Banks Air Charters, Outer Banks Aviation has expanded both the fleet and crew to serve an increasing amount of visitors, residents and business travelers in the Outer Banks and surrounding areas.
Outer Banks Aviation specializes in both private charter flights to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and some of the very best aerial tours on the East Coast. On the ground, OBXA provides a wide range of aircraft services, including maintenance, hangarage, and flight school. Our professional and highly trained staff coupled with our specialized air charter designation allow us to provide a full range of services to meet the needs of travelers and aircraft owners.
